POUR YOUR HEART OUT
Thank You for making 'Pour Your Heart Out' at the National Casting Center Foundry a Great SUCCESS !!
We raised $3000 which will donated to the Alzheimer's Association, The Bring Helene Lumia Home Fund and for the Foundry Guild Students to... attend the International Conference on contemporary
Cast Iron Art in Latvia this coming summer.
Over 1000# of Molten Iron was poured at temperatures up to 2700 Fahrenheit and much cake and chili was eaten.

Richard V. Bergren Jr. Student Innovation Award at Alfred University
Founder and director of the Alzheimer’s Glass and Iron project, Rosemarie Oakman is recipient of the 2014 Richard V. Bergren Jr. Student Innovation Award at Alfred University. A generous donation of $500 dollars has been put towards the project! This honor would not be made possible without all of the Alfred University, faculty, staff and students who support the Alzheimer’s Glass and Iron project. THANK YOU!
