Glass blowers at Salem Art Works have been working in the hot shop to create sculptures for the Alzheimer's Glass and Iron project. Using paintings created by local elderly who suffer from Alzheimer's and Dementia, as inspiration for their own work. The glass sculptures will be donated to the local nursing homes and assisted living communities to be enjoyed by the elderly along with their caregivers and families.
